Communication involving word, spoken, written or signed. It depends on the clarity of the speech, remaining calm or focused, politeness, encouragement or positive reinforcement. These types of communication occur in the different context like training sessions, presentations, group meeting performance appraisal, interviews, consulting engagements etc. For Clear announcing, explaining in difficult situations, focus on topic, paraphrasing, countering objection, selection of appropriate language, speaking confidently the verbal communication is used. Effective speaking is core part of verbal communications that depend on accents(regional and ethical based speech), volume, clarity, and variety(pace/speed, pitch-inflection-emphasis, pause) of the sounds.
